Booking conditions
You can only register on a personal capacity. After you have registered via our digital registration form, you will automatically receive a notification of your registration by e-mail. In addition, before the start of the ENC22 virtual congress, you will receive your login details to enter the ENC22 Virtual Platform. Your registration is binding. This means that you or your employer is obliged to pay the additional participant contribution (if applicable) after registration. You are responsible for correctly entering the billing address, name and any necessary reference or order number.
14-Day Withdrawal Period
Attendees may withdraw their registration within 14 days of registering. Any payments made during this period will be refunded within 14 days. After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the registration becomes final and no refunds of registration or participation fees will be provided.
Cancellation
The conference may be cancelled in the event of insufficient participation. Notice of such cancellation will be given at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee will be refunded in full. Cancellation may also occur due to force majeure resulting from external circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or pandemics. In such cases, the conference may be rescheduled to a later date or cancelled. If the event is cancelled, ticket refunds will be issued.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made within 30 days an prior to the start of the conference. If payment is not received, final registration cannot be completed. This means that for an online conference, no login details enabling participation will be issued. For an in-person conference admission will only be granted if payment is made at the venue entrance.
Refund Policy
Any refunds due will be made within a period of 30 days.
