Booking conditions
You can only register on a personal capacity. After you have registered via our digital registration form, you will automatically receive a notification of your registration by e-mail. In addition, before the start of the ENC22 virtual congress, you will receive your login details to enter the ENC22 Virtual Platform. Your registration is binding. This means that you or your employer is obliged to pay the additional participant contribution (if applicable) after registration. You are responsible for correctly entering the billing address, name and any necessary reference or order number.
14-Day Withdrawal Period
Attendees may withdraw their registration within 14 days of registering. Any payments made during this period will be refunded. However, administrative fees and any bank or credit card charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.
Refund Policy
After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, the registration becomes final and no refunds of registration or participation fees will be provided.
